All lessons shall take place at the public tennis courts at Hopkinton High School located at 90 Hayden Rowe Street, Hopkinton, MA.
Lessons are confirmed only after successful booking and payment through this website, you will then receive an order confirmation via email with your lesson date and time.
In the event of lesson cancellation due to inclement weather and/or other unforeseen interference(s), your lesson fee shall be refunded to the original method of payment within twenty four (24) hoursafter such cancellation, or you may elect to receive a credit toward a future lesson.Please email your refund or credit preference to Henry via the contact page on this website.
Failing to arrive within fifteen (15) minutes of the lesson start time shall result in cancellation of the lesson; refunds are not given in this circumstance.
Late Arrivals-Please arrive promptly for your lesson as Henry schedules lessons per the booking system on this website and late arrivals impact not only Henry, but others that have booked lessons.At Henry’s sole discretion and based on his availability, he may extend a late arrival lesson or decide to conclude it at the agreed to end time.
In the unlikely event of no court availability, every reasonable effort to alert you ahead of your designated start time shall be made; the lesson may then be postponed to a mutually agreed to date and time or cancelled and refunded.
