Refund policy

In the event of lesson cancellation due to inclement weather and/or other unforeseen interference(s), your lesson fee shall be refunded to the original method of payment within twenty four (24) hours after such cancellation, or you may elect to receive a credit toward a future lesson.  Please email your refund or credit preference to Henry via the contact page on this website.

In the unlikely event of no court availability, every reasonable effort to alert you ahead of your designated start time shall be made; the lesson may then be postponed to a mutually agreed to date and time or cancelled and refunded.
