FAQ
All frequently asked questions will be answered here:
"What happens if I arrive late?"
In the event of a late arrival, depending on how late the customer is, the lesson end time may stay the same meaning a slightly shorter lesson. If there is time available after the lesson's initial end time, it may be pushed out to match the lessons original duration. If the customer arrives past the 15 minute deadline, the lesson may need to be cancelled or rescheduled.
"What happens if all courts are being used at the time of the lesson?"
In this unlikely event, the lesson may need to be rescheduled or pushed out if a court opens up.
"What happens if the lesson cannot continue because of bad weather or something else of that nature?"
The lesson can either be cancelled with a full refund, or rescheduled to the customers liking.

"How do I go about cancelling/rescheduling a lesson?"
Contact me and I will manually cancel/reschedule the lesson for you. if needed, a refund will be given.
"How do lessons with small children or toddlers work?"
At this age, most lessons will be designed for engagement, with a good balance of actual teaching/coaching and fun, with the goal being to give the child/children a good experience with tennis and make them want to keep playing. Most lessons will start with some kind of drill to introduce a fundamental aspect of tennis and end with a fun game, with plenty of breaks built in.
